Great hotel with great amenities like Wi-Fi, an indoor pool, and helpful staff. I still remember how they assisted my elderly parents during our first stay. I highly recommend dining here for a lovely evening!

The rooms with comfy bed and fridge were brand-new and nicely decorated. The setting was quiet and unbeatable, near the restaurant as well as the Gala Meal in the long Gallery, the conference center and trodden in to a lovely fag end mosaic.

Its location is exceptional, so close to Crewe Hall, the restaurant and bar and all bars. Also, it's 4 km from a railway museum.

We stayed at this hotel as we were at a wedding, first impressions were good, reception staff were welcoming and very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, we went over to the brocklebank pub onsite and had a lovely meal, breakfast was at the same place eat as much as you like for £7.99, breakfast was lush! The manager was lovely very friendly indeed. Would recommend this hotel, and would definately stay again.

Clean hotel, good location, next to good quality pub for food/drink
Took ages to get checked in because we had to wait for the employee to come over from the pub to serve us

The place is extraordinary, and combines the old with the new in an excellent way.
Breakfast could be better, but being in England it is understandable that the food still has a lot to improve.

The friendly staff. I was made welcome and given excellent customer service.
The location near the main road meant there was a constant sound of traffic.

Fine historic building, scenic surrounding landscapes, elegant bar area
Management must tighten control over the facilities!!! The disjointed aesthetic between old and new buildings needs addressing. The pool's maintenance left much to be desired, diminishing the luxurious feel of the hotel!!!

Clean room. Comfortable bed.
Hear noisy guests through walls and in corridor late at night. Crawling under table to plug in lap top.

I had a lovely time at the hotel, especially enjoying the cozy Classic Double Room and the lush grounds that felt like a mini escape. The spa area was relaxing with a warm indoor pool and a nice jacuzzi. Just a heads up, breakfast options could be slightly better, but overall, it made for a delightful stay! 😊
